The personnel is very kind and the services (accommodation, spa, food) are very good. The hotel is conveniently located next to the airport, but it is a 15 minutes ride to the city centre.
Me and my friends went to the Spa and ate at the restaurant - both venues have fantastic customer service and excellent food! I recommend coming here to relax and satisfy your hunger with the great menu.
The location is not one that will delight you visually and it is quite poorly signposted. Many outbuildings / surrounding constructions under renovation or fallow. In fact, the hotel itself has areas that are under renovation. The staff was very kind, the food came quickly and I could say that it was quite tasty. Don't expect anything fancy. The SPA is also quite worn out.

We stayed there for a few days, the rooms were excellent, comfy beds, big rooms. Good air conditioning. We enjoyed the sauna, indoor and outdoor pools for free. The food in the restaurant is very tasty, plenty to choose from, great breakfast too. Good customer service, every member of staff was very polite and helpful. Many thanks 😊
Great hotel and resort. The pool area is fantastic - especially the smaller pool with the slides. As well, there is an indoor pool with relaxing jets as well as a kiddie pool and a pool for swimming laps.
The room itself was large, clean and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay (including air conditioning). The restaurant is fantastic and the prices are fair.
The staff speak excellent English and are very accommodating. Overall, would not hesitate to recommend.
